General

Please refer to the following TOS. Each project will be discussed privately and tailored accordingly to your needs. This Terms of Service Agreement is entered into between the Artist and the Client for the commission of a Project. By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to the following terms. The Artist holds the right to cancel or refuse a Project request. Any TOS questions can be discussed with the Artist prior to invoicing. The Project will be streamed on Twitch by default (twitch.tv/dyarikku) unless requested otherwise by the Client beforehand. NDA agreements can be discussed and arranged with the Artist and fees will occur depending on the size of the Project. All Projects are digital services. NFT and AI purposes are strictly forbidden. The Artists reserves the right to publish the final work and showcases on their platforms and website. Is it recommended for the Client to safely store their files once delivered. The Artist cannot guarantee a long term storage of the completed Project.

Payment

All payments are in GBP(£) currency and via Wire/Bank Transfer. Vtuber Model Projects can be invoiced in multiple instances to accomodate the Client's needs, with a first invoice of 50% the total payment upfront. Artworks/Illustration/Design and other works of simpler nature will be invoiced fully upfront. No work on the Project will begin until the first invoice's paid. The Client will receive a quote privately during the initial time of discussing the Project. The quote will be tailored to the Client's needs and will include most recent visual samples of the Artist's work to ensure they're happy with the quality. Commercial use (ex. artworks meant for merch purposes) is subject to a x1.5 multiplier on top of the original quote.

Vtuber Models Infos

A rough estimate time for a delivery of a full and final Vtuber Model, depending on its size, varies between 2 to 4 months of work. Deadlines can affect the final quote and delivery timings. Any additional toggles that might come up during the making of the Project will be invoiced at a final stage. Small revisions in art or rig can be applied, as the Client will always be kept up to date with previews and wips to make sure they're fully part of the process. Larger revisions will be subject to additional fees (ex. redrawing an already fully rendered texture, re-rigging a whole section of a model). The Client must credit the Artist @dyarikku in the relevant places where the Model is being showcased (Twitter Bio, Twitch About, Youtube). It is required to ask permission to the Artist before changing any Model textures (ex. recoloring hair, removing layers through Vtube Studio). The Artist guarantees the best possible level of skill they can offer while working on the Client's Model. As the nature of art and rig of a model tends to evolve, each Vtuber Model can look unique in its own way.

All communication between the Artist and the Client will take place via Discord DMs in a dedicated channel on the Artist's work private server. A responsive behaviour and clear communication is expected, especially once the Project is in motion. The Artist holds the right to cancel a Project in case of poor communication, rude behaviour or unresponsiveness from the Client. Once the first invoice has been paid out, the Artist will provide first sketches and ideas. Timings are agreed and discussed privately. The entire process is fluid and the Client is constantly provided with previews to allow them to request a change if necessary. Changes past a refined level of render or rigging will be charged for or refused if the Artist doesn't agree for any reasons (incompatible toggles, upcoming work, too close of a deadline).

All commission orders are final - Clients are elegible for a full refund only if they choose to cancel on the Project before the delivery of the first sketches and concepts.
